Syntra needs to travel to a different Regional Population Center to get a new start and perhaps a good career. In Deliverance, her neighborhood in RPC-VII, Syntra faces the stark reality that she and her younger brother must escape their grim future by traveling to RPC-V, a very dangerous trek.
